37th Annual Bible Contest
The CSI East Parade Malayalam Pastorate is happy to announce that the 37th Annual Bible Contest will be conducted this year on 20th October, 2019, for all children below 17 years of age.
Details can be found in the adjoining poster.
Registration
Please register in the link provided below, on or before 10th October, 2019.
** EPMC children : Kindly pay your registration fee of Rs 50/- to your Sunday School teacher by 10th October, 2019.
** Others: You may pay the registration fee of Rs 50/- on the day of the exam at the Registration Counter.
Please Note:
1. Bible Version is ESV
2. Age for each Category, is as on Exam date
3. Only Objective Type questions will be asked .
4. Exam is in English
5. Hall Tickets will be issued at the Registration Counter, 30 mins prior to the exam
5. Children , 8 years and below, may request for a Scribe, who will help them read each question and write down the answer as given by the participant.
Results:
Results will be announced via email to all email ids provided at Registration. The same will also be updated on this webpage.
We hope to publish the results by mid-December 2019.

In an endeavour to promote the learning of Scriptures among our children, the C.S.I. East Parade Malayalam Pastorate has been conducting Bible Exams for children below 17 years of age, since 1983. This exam, known as the Annual Bible Contest (abbrev. : ABC) is an exam based on 1 or 2 Books of the Bible, every year.
Divisions:
The children are divided into 3 categories according to their age, as on the day of the exam :
– Sub Juniors (below 8 years)
– Junior (8-11 years)
– Senior (12-16 years)
Awards:
The 1st prize winner in the Sub Juniors category is awarded the P.N.John Memorial Rolling Trophy , along with a Cash Prize of Rs 2000/-.
The 1st prize winner in the Juniors category is awarded the Annamma Pothen Memorial Rolling Trophy , along with a Cash Prize of Rs 2000/-.
The 1st prize winner in the Seniors category is awarded the Joe Memorial Rolling Trophy, along with a Cash Prize of Rs 2000/-. .
The 2nd prize winner in each category receives a Cash Award of Rs 1500/- and the 3rd prize winner in each category receives a Cash Award of Rs 1000/-. A few consolation prizes are given as well with a Cash Award of Rs 200/-.
The church with the best performance receives the Sonu Memorial Rolling Trophy.
Exam Model
The exam is conducted in English ONLY. All questions will be Objective Type.
You may refer to the Sample Question paper for more clarity on the exam model.

Registration details will be sent closer to the exam date.
Results & Prize distribution
Results will be announced via email to all email ids provided at Registration. The same will also be updated on this webpage. It is typically published between the following December / January after the exam.
